Calais is a town in northern France in the department of Pas-de-Calais. The city has one of the most serious waiters race in France and will host on next September 12th its 19th edition.
In 2010, more than 120 waiters of the city were not afraid of the 7.5 km (!) and run through the streets of the town with a tray including 2 glasses and 2 bottles.
This year, the participants will enjoy a new route concocted by the organizer of the race, l’UMIH : the race will pass through the city center, with then a U-turn on the Crèvecoeur place and a return to the Place d’Armes.
