When I heard for the first time about waiters races, I was really surprised. My newspaper sent me to cover this event in Brussels and when I came I decided to work on this event to write articles about it. Since this time, I covered many waiters race and never miss one around Paris. Unfortunately the waiters race of Paris did not happen for years now but I do not loose hope to see it again in our beautiful streets. |
